Mr. Stearns bring close to 40 years of financial experience to Citron Energy, Inc. He has had a distinguished career primarily in private equity and recently in the ESG arena.

Mr. Case was one of the founders of the US domestic cement plant alternative fuel industry. He sold his previous company to a JV of one of the largest waste and one of the largest cement manufactures. It consisted of seven facilities operating across the country.

Mr. Long has had a lengthy career in financing early stage growth companies. His activities included communications, governance, audit and compensation support. He has worked with both private and public entities.

Mr. Talbott has over 30 years experience in the solid waste and recycling collecting, processing and disposal industry. He is a seasoned Management Executive who has a track record of success in management of waste and recycling hauling operations, development of landfill and recycling facilities, M&A, and development of alternative fuel projects.
